Rates
There is a five day minimum rental period, although during Presidents' Week, the minimum stay is six days. Weekly and additional day rates are also shown. If your desired rental dates span rate periods, rent is calculated using daily rates for the respective periods.

Terms
Rental is subject to the following terms.
We require a completed application and a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. Holiday stays must be pre–paid in full. The balance and refundable $5,000 security deposit are due in full 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within seven days of making a reservation are refundable less a $100 service charge. Otherwise, there are NO refunds for cancellations unless we are able to rebook for the same dates and rates.
In case of a no–refund circumstance, the monies can be used for a future stay at Fox Run Lodge. Rates will be based on new dates.
